Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, engineering, product marketing, and sales, to develop technical specifications for proposals and achieve sales targets.
● Support field teams in creating IP selling strategies and understanding customer IP requirements.
● Assess customer needs, evaluate IP portfolios, and contribute to business proposals, aligning with customer technical objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Strong understanding of IC design methods, high-speed IPs (e.g., HBM, GDDR, DDR, LPDDR, USB, MIPI, HDMI, UCIe, embedded processors).
● Knowledge of low power design methodologies.
● Excellent communication skills for interacting with engineering teams.
● Familiarity with SoC solutions, AI & LLM, and platform designs.
● Experience with 2.5D/3D ICs and lab equipment (e.g., Keysight) for demonstrating IP characteristics.
Preferred Experience:
● BSEE/CS degree with 3+ years of experience in IC-related design and lab work.

Summary of the Position
Seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Manager with a strong technical background in high-speed IPs and SoC platforms, combined with marketing expertise. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for semiconductor platforms and high-speed IP solutions, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales.
Key Responsibilities
● Technical Content Development:Create and manage technical marketing materials, including whitepapers, datasheets, product briefs, technical blogs, and webinars.
● Product Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with product management to create clear, concise, and compelling marketing messages. Understand and position our products effectively in the market.
● Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for product launches and updates. Define target customer segments and tailor marketing campaigns.
● Customer Engagement: Act as a technical evangelist, engaging with customers, partners, and industry influencers. Participate in industry events.
● Sales Support: Provide technical support to the sales team, including creating sales tools and training sessions. Assist in developing RFP/RFI responses.
● Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to stakeholders.
Main Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
● 3+ years of experience in technical or product marketing within the semiconductor industry.
● Strong technical background in semiconductor technology and IP, with the ability to communicate complex concepts.
● Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
● Excellent communication and analytical skills.
● Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Preferred Experience
● Experience in IC-related data connectivity design in ASICs/SoCs.
● Knowledge of semiconductor IP licensing models.
