About the Role
Caspian Staffing is partnering with a mid-sized semiconductor IP client headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, currently expanding its U.S. presence. We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager with a strong background in high-speed IPs, SoC platforms (HPC, Automotive/Multimedia, Low-Power IoT), and ASIC design services.
Key Responsibilities
1 Identify and secure new business opportunities; manage existing accounts and achieve targets
2 Build relationships with fabless companies, foundries, and partners
3 Provide technical expertise and recommend IP/ASIC solutions
4 Support troubleshooting and solution positioning for customers
5 Develop and execute sales strategies and plans
6 Monitor market trends and competitor activity
7 Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and track KPIs
Qualifications
1 Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
2 3+ years in semiconductor technical or product sales
3 Strong network in fabless semiconductor ecosystem
4 Relationships with foundries preferred
5 Strong negotiation and communication skills
6 Understanding of semiconductor nodes (65nm to 3nm)
Compensation
Base: $150K – $170K
